Mike Kobb is here for MacWorld. We had incredible food at Mary Chung’s and we are so stuffed now.

One of my best friends is Timo. Pictured to his right is Breila, his very cute daughter.

What do I love about Timo?
He loves being creative, and loves trying new things. He shows that in cooking, where he is willing to just try something completely different, and he creates gourmet meals with the simplest ingredients. He also is very smart, and able to have a discussion about just about anything. I first met Timo when I was at MIT. I spent many a nights just hanging out in his room. Timo was a big influence on my decision to move from California to Boston, and his offer of staying in his and Tasi’s attic was a huge help for me.

I’m very glad and thankful to be able to continue to explore life and friendship with him.

My sister and her two kids went to Thailand a week ago. They were there for two weeks. The trip was neat since my sister’s ex-husband is part Thai, and my sister is part Vietnamese. Her brother-in-law is full Thai, and went with them on the trip. Of course, my sister did say his guide abilities were somewhat lacking. He did get them some amazing deals on various hotels or fun things to do. I will go with her to Thailand on a future trip.

If you haven’t seen it yet. Definitely go check out the game Spaceward Ho! for the PalmOS. I got addicted to playing the game when I was at MIT. It was such a good game, and fairly simple to play. When I worked out at Apple, I met the guy who wrote the original version and became friends with him. Later, my friend Steve and I deicded to port the Mac version to the PalmOS. Definitely let me know if you play the game!

I got tired of having to update my site using the previous software. It worked well, but it didn’t allow me to really update or easily add new messages. Which means? That I didn’t update it very often.
